Ciara graduated from Montgomery Community College in 2018 as CDAII. Ciara is a great asset to Dr. Lanier’s team because she is a quick learner and very compassionate towards our patients. We are absolutely thrilled to have her as a member of our team. Ciara enjoys crafts, baking and spending time with family.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Grace graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill’s dental hygiene program in 2015. After working 2 years in general dentistry, she joined Dr. Lanier’s team in 2017. Grace enjoys the results of intensive periodontal therapy and develops a rapport with her patients during the process. Grace also became anesthesia certified. Patient’s absolutely love her and so does Dr. Lanier’s team! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband on their mini-farm with a pony, mini cows, and several cats.
Melissa graduated as a CDAII from the U.S. Naval Dental Assisting Program in San Diego, CA. She has many years of assisting and front desk experience, including periodontal. Melissa has a very calm demeanor which is perfect for working the high demands of the front office. When the pressure is on, Melissa takes it in stride. We’re all delighted to have her at the front office. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, baking and playing her baby Cayenne.
Patient Coordinator
Paula graduated from GTCC in 2008 as a Dental Assistant II. She has 14 years combined experience in general dentistry and oral surgery. Paula’s kindness and experience is truly valued at Dr. Lanier’s office. Paula is our “go to” person, due to her experience of working as a CDAII and her front office experience. She is very valuable asset to Dr. Lanier’s team. She will make every effort to assist our patients. Paula enjoys camping, fishing and spending time with her two daughters, and now grandchildren.
